    Make a difference

If 45 days of summer vacation was not about screens. It would look like 150 kids holding animals, riding horses, and cooking from scratch. For the very first time in their lives. This was Creste's Summer Carnival. They held dogs and cats. Watched parrots up close. Rode a horse for the first time. Made their own food from scratch. Got their hands deep into clay. Watched puppets tell st...

    Build your own

Almost all of us have, at some point, dreamt of building something of our own. A small café. A creative studio. A brand. A workshop. A business that carries our name and our vision. For days, months, sometimes even years, we think about it. We imagine what it would look like, how people would react to it, and the freedom that would come with creating something that belongs to us. And...

    Be attentive

15 children from Lucknow died last week. And we are still not talking about it enough. They were 19, 20, 21, 22 years old. They saw the fire and they tried to run. The lights were off. The lifts were not working. The only staircase was blocked and filled with smoke. They never came home. The building had no fire NOC, no fire extinguishers, no smoke ventilation system. It was a co...

    Work

A smooth event is not a successful activation. A client saying "perfect" is not a benchmark. A mall using your work as the standard for every vendor after you means you did both. We had a brief once with no clear theme, no fixed guidelines, and no detailed ask. We still integrated their logo into every design. Made the packaging photo worthy. Made sure the manpower was sharp, every s...

    Summer carnival

If your child is smiling while learning, some adults will assume they’re not learning at all. Here’s why that belief is completely broken. During our summer carnival, a parent said: “They’re having too much fun. We sent them to learn something.” We smiled. Because what looked like just fun was actually powerful learning in disguise. 📍 On Nutrition Day: 📍 We built a ...

    0 screen time

I didn’t start a business to live my dream. I started it to fix what was quietly breaking inside homes. Here’s exactly what I mean. During the lockdown, I saw a version of childhood I never wanted my kids or any child to grow up with. 📍 Screens replacing story time 📍 Silence replacing curiosity 📍 Parents tired and overwhelmed 📍 Kids left alone with screens And I thoug...

    Your dream is worth it

Post 2 - We’re quick to call things small. A small brand. A small page. A small win that didn’t go viral. Here's exactly why that's a problem Because what if it’s none of that? What if it’s just new? When I started Creste, it was a single idea on a piece of paper. No team. No office. No marketing plan. Just a mother trying to give her kids the kind of childhood she once drea...

    New marketing strategy

I saw 40 women hold a paintbrush with the same fear you’d expect before a job interview. Here’s exactly why. Because many of them were holding one for the first time after 10, 15, even 20 years. It was a hand fan painting workshop for women at Costa Coffee in Lulu Mall, Lucknow. When I host workshops for children, they dive in. Without any second thoughts or hesitation, the brush t...

    Trust your child

You teach kids how to read. But not how to trust their own ideas. Here’s the worst part no one knows about. Parents correct them when they go off-script, rush to fix things when they make a mess. And tell them what’s “right” before they even finish exploring. Not because parents mean to shut them down. But because they want them to succeed. They want to help and protect. Bu...

    The Rakhi promise

I’ve missed weddings, parties, and even vacations. But never Rakhi. Here’s exactly why. Because it’s the one day my brother, Krishna, and I are in the same place, at the same time, just for each other. We grew up in hostels, away from home. But we promised each other that no matter how busy life got, we would meet on Rakhi. And every year, we keep that promise. 📍 We pla...

    Think beyond school

Most parents ask, “How was your day?” Most kids say, “Nothing happened.” That sentence should scare us more than it does. But first, let me be clear: School isn’t the problem. Parents and teachers are doing their best and classrooms are definitely well structured. But something still gets missed. And it’s not academics. It’s aliveness. That feeling when something ...
