You teach kids how to read.
But not how to trust their own ideas.
Here’s the worst part no one knows about.

Parents correct them when they go off-script, rush to fix things when they make a mess.

And tell them what’s “right” before they even finish exploring.

Not because parents mean to shut them down.
But because they want them to succeed.
They want to help and protect.

But in trying to make everything “perfect,” We sometimes take away the part that makes them feel proud of themselves.

📍 The scribble that turned into a story
📍 The wrong cut that led to a better idea
📍 The clay that broke, but got rebuilt with more love

That’s where confidence grows.

Not from following instructions, but from trusting themselves enough to try something new.

And that’s why our objective at Creste is simple,

Give kids the tools and space to create, and the belief that their ideas are worth it.

And this year, I’m doubling down on that.

More events. More kits. More messy, magical moments.

Because the best thing we can teach a child is this,
“Your idea matters. Even if it’s different.”

Isn’t it?
