What I love about Infiniti Connect is that it is not just about networking. There are always events, activities and new ideas, and every time Surabhi manages to bring something new to the table and keeps upping the game.

But what stands out to me most is Surabhi herself.

I have seen her manage so much alongside everything she does for Infiniti Connect, including the entire construction of her house, and yet she continues to show up with the same smile, the same energy and the same enthusiasm. You would hardly know what all may be happening behind the scenes because she never allows it to take away from the community she has built.

That, for me, is a very rare quality.

She has a sharp voice that gets all of us moving and contributing towards the community. Her determination and clarity of vision have turned Infiniti Connect into much more than a networking group. It has become a genuine community where people do business, build friendships, support one another and grow together.

I think that is what makes Infiniti Connect truly special. It is Surabhi’s vision that brings people together, but it is her consistency, energy and ability to keep showing up that has made that vision a reality.
