I have a 30 yes of experience in food industry. As I am a patisserie chef I was looking after the production of JJ bakers, recently my dad and my uncle have reshuffle the business in which Jap Foods the manufacturing unit has come under us.
Jap foods have to 2 brands under it THE LUCKNOW CANTEEN & NO.10 BAKERY .
We have 3 bakery retail stores by the above name
We also do all types of catering from small house hold to wedings and other occasion also.
We are suppling to schools, collages and hospital canteens and also do run them if they want
We supply snack, lunch and dinner boxes also
The latest is We have just launched our ice cream by name of LAUGHING MONK with no added preservatives, colour or any king of agents, the fruit ice-cream is made with the real fruit pulp
