A week to go until the orientation program for our undergraduate courses at IMRT Lucknow, and it makes me pause and think: Is success for students really defined by marks?

One may be a topper, but if they lack empathy, the ability to connect, and the warmth to build genuine bonds, does that truly make them successful?

Principles to live by:

1. Be Kind, Always. Kindness costs nothing, but it’s the greatest investment in relationships.

2. Value People Over Achievements. Your grades will be forgotten, but the way you make people feel will be remembered forever.

In the end, it’s not just about building careers; it’s about building character.
