For 15 years, I lived the classic corporate life. A fixed routine, steady paycheck, and clear path forward. Safe & predictable, but somewhere along the way, I stopped feeling excited. Life had become autopilot. That’s when the thought of reinventing myself began to take root.
Leaving that job was the boldest decision I’ve ever made. And honestly, I had no plan. No business model, no network, no roadmap. Just the belief that I had more to give, and the courage to leap.
My first step came unexpectedly when I designed a logo for my sister’s café in Gurugram. What started as a small favour lit a spark. Seeing that logo on her walls and menus, I realised: this is what I want to do. That one project gave me the confidence to start my journey into design and branding.
But here’s the thing, when you’ve been in a 9–5 job, your world is limited to the same people and routines. I had no connections in the business world, no entrepreneurial background. Then a friend invited me to a meeting, which was first event of Infiniti Connects. Walking into that room changed everything. I found a community of business owners who welcomed me, guided me, and gave me my first referrals.
With the support of my family, friends, and this network, Spera Solutions was born. From that café logo, we’ve grown into a design and digital marketing agency helping brands build their identity and connect with audiences.
Reinvention, I’ve learned, isn’t about becoming someone new overnight. It’s about rediscovering yourself, starting small, and being open to learning along the way. Family encouragement gave me the strength to step forward. Infiniti Connects gave me direction. And every client project gave me confidence that I was on the right path.
Looking back now, I realise reinvention isn’t just about changing careers. It’s about choosing courage over comfort and daring to step into the unknown. My journey began with a single logo. Yours could begin with something just as simple only if you’re willing to take that first step.
