Actually preservatives and added flavour are chemicals to prolong shelf life and enhance the taste of the food . My definition of healthy food is that you cook for yourself at home but in today's busy life that's always not possible so while eating out or ordering food for yourself be a little careful about the ingredients used and freshness of the food . Make health your habit not a rule . Eat clean and feel good .
