The Journey of PoojAnkush – From Dreams to Landmarks
Some journeys are planned. Ours wasn’t.
It began with two people, one city, and a shared dream we didn’t even know we had.
I am PoojAnkush Agarwal — that’s how I love people to call me, because it’s not just my name, it’s us. Born and married in Lucknow, I’ve always carried the warmth of this city in my heart.
Academics were my first stage. I topped every milestone — above 90% in Class 10 and 12, then a perfect 10 CGPA at Amity University. After my B.Tech, I began teaching B.Tech students as a special visiting faculty. It was challenging — especially handling students just two years younger than me — but it taught me patience and people skills I would later carry into business.
Then life turned. Ankush asked me to join Rajas Jewellers, our family business. My very first customer? A lady buying silver toe rings. I spent an hour showing her designs, and the happiness of making that little sale was unmatched. From that day, I knew — business wasn’t just about selling, it was about connecting.
Eight years into marriage, our greatest blessings arrived — Anaira and Antas. Before he was even born, my mother-in-law had chosen his name, one that would later crown our biggest dream.
Together, we started building — not just buildings, but a life:
• Axis Bank Building, Patrakarpuram — our first big success, celebrated with the sacred Amarnath Yatra.
• Hotel Nakshatra — from an empty plot to a 20-room hotel with two banquets, surviving even the toughest test during the COVID lockdown.
• Antas Mall — named after our son, standing as a symbol of our vision and perseverance.
From silver toe rings to city landmarks, from academic toppers to entrepreneurs — our story is built on love, grit, and gratitude. Every day, we thank God for blessing us with a family, a legacy, and the courage to dream bigger.
We are PoojAnkush. And this is just the beginning.
