As humans, many of us share similar behaviour, physical attributes, demographics. There’s a fixed pattern that we all follow. In behaviour terms, Nature too has created us in a manner that most of follow the herd mentality. What one does, becomes a benchmark. Where once goes, others too will go.

But What’s that ONE THING that differentiates one Human being from hundreds of others? What makes them Super Human? Well, It’s their risk taking abilities. Doing something beyond what’s visible without even knowing the outcome. Ofcourse, it’s a calculated risk and not just blind action.

This is where Leadership comes into picture ! Taking that 1st step forward. Breaking the barriers ! Only someone who can think future, someone who can take action today so that benefits can be reaped later on, can take this leadership role. It’s about setting examples, inspiring & motivating others to come out of their comfort zone & start something new. Something that was never thought of. Something that was impossible becomes a reality when Leadership sets the tone ! It’s a journey which many wish to go on, but only few dare ! But leadership is not so easy as it looks. Lot of resistance happens when you initiate changes. Just because it has not happened before, how will it happen now, is a common viewpoint among many.

But that’s the need to carve out this path when everything has been going on so smoothly till now? Why to take this pain & put in so much efforts?

This is what the Leaders see differently ! They forecasts the future. They know that a little pain now is worth the gain for future. They don’t hesitate to take some hard decisions for the betterment. But there’s one more feature of leadership. They don’t do it just for themselves. They do it for others ! Yes, you read it right. They do it for other people in whose life they wish to bring in some positive change.

But what does a Leader gain by doing this? Satisfaction. True Happiness. That’s what they get. When you help others, when you do something good at large that can benefit the society as a whole, you get a feeling that no materialistic possession can bring in. It’s the feeling of victory.

Not many know, but we all are Born Leaders. We don’t realize our true potential until someone else recognizes it and tells us or when some crisis come in our life & we have no option but to take that courageous 1st step ! But once we know that we have that leadership quality & we have that passion to bring in some positive changes for others, there’s no going back. That also becomes the turning point of our lives.
