When I look back at starting my journey as an Enterprenure, I realize something big. I didn’t just build a business. The business also built me.

More than twenty years ago, I entered the beauty industry. I had big dreams, lots of energy, and the confidence to start. But I had no idea how much I would learn along the way.

Running a business teaches you things you can never learn in a classroom. It teaches you to be patient when plans fail. It gives you courage when you have to make hard choices. You learn to keep moving forward when progress is slow, and to stay humble when you win.

Over the years, I have run my salons, led teams, trained young people, and met thousands of customers. Every single person, every mistake, and every challenge taught me a lesson.

I also learned that success is never a straight line. You will have great days when everything goes right, and hard days when you doubt yourself. You need both. Good days give you happiness, but hard days make you strong.

The biggest lesson is that business is always about people. Your customers, workers, partners, and mentors all become a part of your life.

Today, I am proud of what I built. But I am even more thankful for the person I became. I am now more patient, stronger, and more confident.
And most of all,I learned to cherish the people around me and the connections we share.

I started with a dream to build a business. In the end, the journey built me. That is what being an entrepreneur really means.
