An incident happened last evening.....at our event, MEGA COLLAB....someone just walked to me and asked me what I'm I involved in professionally ? When I answered......
"I'm into a sheet metal business where I look into the logistics of our company from our warehouse......he said.... "Oh! so you are in the man's world! "

I just looked straight at him and replied , "yes, I'm in the man's world and i intend to make a dent here!"

I'm rooted in self assurance, leadership and purpose. It doesn't deny the reality- that certain industries are still male-dominated- but it clearly asserts my role as an active agent of change .I'm not threatened by the statement , instead, I flip into a mission.
"I'm here to lead, to innovate , and to show that competence and impact don't come with a gender label."

It's about my belief in my own worth, abilities and values. It's not about being perfect or fearless. It's about trusting yourself, accepting your imperfections, and still choosing to show up fully in life.

So next time......don't judge the pond by looking at a fish swimming in it !!!!
