Art meeting another art which calms both mind and body.. yes, painting has become meditation for me it connects me with my innerself it allows me to flow in various directions and yet makes a beautifulpattern, which gives me immense happiness and a feeling of satisfaction..... which is a very important aspect of life ....

I would like to elaborate a bit .

Improves focus : when we are concentrating on a pattern or design which we want to take shape, we visualize it in mind and on the fabric for how well it will suit.. It helps to focus on minute details ,which enhances the art of focusing on particular things ...

Emotional release: In today's fast-moving life, we all are tied up in 100 things in a single day, which at times increases the emotional baggage of mind and body.... To release that baggage, if I paint even for minutes, it helps me realse all my emotions and make peace in mind.
It helps to express n Flow out many emotions which I keep in my heart ...and realses happy hormones which makes me fit and happy soul...

Connection to self : Most importantly, it connects me with myself. My childhood becomes very much active when I sit and flow my expressions in a form of pattern on fabrics n create a master peice..... I suggest each one of us should have a hobby or passion n we should pursue it ... nothing suffice than having peace in mind n heart with what we like to do most...
