Growth often begins with discomfort. It pulls us out of the familiar, forcing us to unlearn habits, challenge beliefs, and sit with uncertainty. That unease is not failure — it’s proof that transformation is underway.
For me, adaptability has been the heart of this journey. As an individual, giving selflessly and thinking of others’ welfare came naturally. But in business, the idea of finding gains felt foreign, almost against my nature.
It was only through the wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita that I found balance. It teaches: do your karma — for that is your battlefield. Entrepreneurship became mine. The shift was not about losing myself, but expanding myself.
Adaptability taught me that growth means aligning intention with action — where both giving and gaining can coexist. Discomfort is simply the doorway. The reward is the strength, clarity, and resilience that follow.
