I am a positive, free-spirited, and independent-minded woman who enjoys connecting with people and building meaningful relationships. Cooking for my loved ones is something that truly makes me happy. I deeply value my family and friends, who are an important part of my life. I believe in living with authenticity, balance, and positivity in everything I do.

I am Neha Agarwal, born and brought up in Lucknow, with over 15 years of experience in marketing strategy, media consulting, PR, and brand building. My journey began in 2006 with corporate roles, where I developed a strong understanding of business needs, consumer behavior, and effective communication. In 2015, I founded **Align Solutions** with the vision of offering meaningful marketing guidance rather than just selling advertising space.

Over the years, I have worked on several high-impact launches and brand campaigns across hospitality, real estate, education, and entertainment sectors. In the hospitality and F&B space, I have been associated with major launches and campaigns for brands such as **Novotel, Hilton, Mocha, Molecule, Sky Bar, THF, Drowning Street, Ranbir, Bombay Brasserie**, and **Big Daddy**. I have also handled PR and marketing activations for **Pallassio Mall**, including TGKF in Umrao Mall.

My experience in real estate marketing includes campaigns for **Godrej Properties** across Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, and Bihar regions. I have also executed several exclusive celebrity-led launches and events, including **Sura Vie by Chef Sanjeev Kapoor**, **Collective – The Brand Store at Pallassio (Janhvi Kapoor), Badshah events at Big Daddy, Papon, KK, and Jasleen Royal** among others.

In the education sector, I have worked with reputed schools such as **DPS, Mount Litera Zee School, Surya Sainik School, and Zee Learn**, managing branding, outreach, and visibility campaigns.

Today, my core focus is to design meaningful marketing strategies that go beyond visibility and short-term sales. I aim to help brands create long-term impact, stronger positioning, and sustained reach.
