Limiting beliefs are those which constrain us in some way. Just by believing them, we do not think, do or say the things that they inhibit.

Limiting beliefs are often about ourselves and our self-identity. Certain limiting beliefs are created in our childhood. Devastatingly, they become part of our identity.

I don’t/ I can’t
‘I’m not good enough.’
‘I’m unlovable.’

Mistakenly, we think these stories are keeping us safe, protecting us from rejection and humiliation. The reality is, they’re just stories we make up in our head by attaching made-up meanings to events. And they cost us dearly all our lives.

- Shift your limiting beliefs:

Pause, stop and reflect
Understand your thoughts are not the truth
Develop a clear plan of action
Develop an unshakeable self confidence

Taking time to unpick our limiting beliefs can free us up to live fuller, more fulfilling lives, full of confidence and purpose.

“There are no limits on what you can achieve with your life, except the limits you accept in your own mind.”
